Employment -- Outside Sales Associate

Our outside sales associate will be responsible for selling Macdonald Design's services to businesses within santa Cruz and the Bay Area. The focus will be on attracting new business. We seek a motivated, entrepreneurial individual who is willing to work hard and be compensated well for their efforts.

Outside Sales Associate:

• Attracting new customers within Santa Cruz and the Bay Area
• Service new customers
• Resolve onsite technical issues of new customers
• Recommend new services within the scope of our services that could be of use to customer base

Personal Skills/Requirements:

• Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years business/sales experience.
• Experience in printing, web design or graphic design sales a plus.
• Ability to work in Fast-paced environment while maintaining high degree of accuracy
• Native US English Speaker
• 4-year College Degree a plus
• Student will only be considered with real-world experience
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent documentation skills: budgets, schedules, specs, etc.
• Enjoys Dogs, we have a LARGE office dog.
• Reports directly to President
• This is a tele-commuting job.

Compensation

• Graduated commission of 10-25% of gross sales depending on monthly sales volume.
• Base salary is performance dependent.
